SMS SLA breached notification

Hi Everyone,

 Looking for help to set up sms notification for a user or a group when when incidents for users group are nearing the SLA breach timer.

 

This is what i tried:

  • Profile - Preferences - Notifications - Advanced Preferences
  • Delivery Channels - SMS -  Add - entered info in  "SMS : Add/Edit phone number". It asks to select a schedule but the requirement is the user need to receive sms when ever any incident is nearing SLA breach.

Not sure if this is the correct approach please advise.
