Hi guys,
Can anyone suggest what is the hostname/ip of the SNMP mail relay server. Where to get it.
There is ServiceNow SMTP account configured in snow.
Usernam instance@service-now.com
What in this case is authentication information we need to provide to other team who is configuring in the new ec2-server (Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud) to get mails delivered.

I am not clear on what you are trying to achieve. The STMP server used for ServiceNow instances is configured as part of the service and the IP is not exposed. Sending emails from your ServiceNow instance is part of the service and they can be sent to emails addresses inside and outside your organization. If you want to send emails from a cloud server you have configured, you need to use your organizations SMTP server. ServiceNow can receive those emails at instance@service-now.com.
Does that help? If not, I may need to better understand what you are trying to accomplish

Thanks to your reply i understood the case. The information which was requested should really go to the team responsible for the company's internal SMTP.
