SN allocates two different time stamps for the same email.

I would like to understand why ServiceNow is not allocating same time stamp for the same email record.

The user, SN user preferences, STMP Server and ServiceNow timezone are the same (Europe/Amsterdam).

Yes I've checked and all are the same. User, ServiceNow and STM server, all of them are in Amsterdam.
