There is a new version of the plugin (1.7) that became available today on the ServiceNow Store (with no option to upgrade from there). I searched from my instance and it is only seeing the old version (1.6) and also no option to upgrade. What do I do? I need the new version, because it is the only one that is supported in Tokyo.

I just checked again today and now the new version is there. Seems like it takes about a day.

Try this. Check out if the Plugin needs certain instance patch/fix For example, I needed to update a plugin where i couldn't see the newest version on my instance. After updating my instance to the latest patch/hotfix, it did function.
