Hello, having trouble figuring out how to add the "snc_internal" role automatically once a user is created, ive seen some research say this is OOB but clearly its not in my dev instance, was wondering if anyone has figured out how to make this happen

thank you in advance.

Awesome, the process should be the same for any instance, however if you have issues, you can do as Bert suggested and open a case with servicenow support.

If this information helped resolve your issue, please remember to mark response correct and thumbs up to help future community members on this information, thanks!

If you don't have anymore questions, whenever you get a moment, if you could take the time to mark a response correct so that it is easier for someone with the same question to find this answer. If you still have any questions, I would be happy to answer them.

You can create a case for Servicenow Support to activate plugins an 'admin' user can not activate themselves in sub-production instances.  For activation on a production instance, that is made by you after logging in to the Support portal.

Hi Henry,

Did you try to search explicit role by clicking top right corner icon on developer.servicenow.com and select Activate plugin. Unfortunatly cannot upload screenshot.
