Hello, having trouble figuring out how to add the "snc_internal" role automatically once a user is created, ive seen some research say this is OOB but clearly its not in my dev instance, was wondering if anyone has figured out how to make this happen
thank you in advance.

Hello HenryD,
As I posted: You can create a case for Servicenow Support to activate plugins an 'admin' user can not activate themselves in sub-production instances. For activation on a production instance, the request is made by you after logging in to the Support portal.

Hi,
The role is usually assigned upon first login - and not on user creation. I have however seen plenty of bugs of this after the upgrade to Rome, where it is not assigned on login. But it should be once the user is logged in! 🙂
Best regards,
