Hi,
I need to give both snc_internal and snc_external roles to the users. But the system does not allow me to do it, how can I solve this problem?
Thanks,
Yakup

Hi, thanks for your answer. CSM is not installed but there are other plugins that are installed like vendor management.

So which role you add to allow access will depend on your instance and security requirements. I don't know if adding both the snc_internal and snc_external roles are a good starting point. you may want to look at the overall issue and see if something else would suffice

Hi,
I need specifically snc_internal and snc_external because, existing user should not be affected and portal only accept the user that has snc_external role. This user is also an internal user.

It would be great if I can change control policies of SVDP portal. In that way, I can add any other specific role to the portal's ACL, I would solve the problem without changing anything in application environment.
