Where i can find the code defined for knowledgeHelper.canContribute?

I searched for all the script includes , but does not find the exact one .

Usually something prefixed with SNC is embedded in platform and not accessible to us.

There are 8 OOTB Script Includes in Fuji that use SNC.KnowledgeHelper() library, but you are not able to access the code.
