Some Catalogs Not working in VA ?

I am trying submit the catalogs using Request a catalog item block in virtual agent in servicenow but some catalogs not working those have the catalog client scripts and ui policies and whenever try with catalogs without scripts and ui policies those are working

this is expected behavior for VA conversation mode.
Not getting to submit catalog items from Virtual agent that have Catalog client script.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar Is there any another way request catalog from VA and whenever i am use the AI search topic block that is showing knowledge articles also so any idea modify that ai search

Hi @siva44
This is expected behavior, and from what I’ve learned, this cannot be changed. AI Assist primarily uses two things for search—Knowledge and Catalog Items. It will bring both if the words match.
