Some Catalogs Not working in VA ?

I am trying submit the catalogs using Request a catalog item block in virtual agent in servicenow but some catalogs not working those have the catalog client scripts and ui policies and whenever try with catalogs without scripts and ui policies those are working

Hi @siva44 

The Client script didn’t work on VA from the catalog item prespcetive, and we encountered the same issue a week ago. We logged a case with the Now team and found out about the same issue."

Catalog items with Catalog Client Scripts are not supported in Virtual Agent.
