Some KB Articles not showing on ESC portal after search

Hi,

 

As stated on the subject, some articles that I need to see are not showing up even if I enter the exact match case title upon searching on ESC portal. Here are the ff. investigations that I did:

  • I checked the articles I'm searching and the state is published
  • The Knowledge base is connected to the Employee Center Portal
  • Search Sources > ESC Portal Knowledge Bases from AI Search Source Profiles > ESC Portal Default Search Profile has the correct criteria
  • Set the glide.ts.max_wildcard_expansion value from 500 to 2000

These are correct (I tried changing  and it's also the default setup but some articles that I need to see on search results are not showing up.

 

Is there anything that I'm missing here?

 

Appreciate any help I can get!
