Sometimes search button is not visible over list. As an end user, in some list it is visible and in some it is not.

This is an expected behavior for ServiceNow.



Whenever the filter is set and run then the search icon does not come up. You have to then build the queries from the filter.

Hmmm... when I create and run filters the searchglass is still visible to me.   I'm testing on listv3 though.

This is because you have default filter set for that list. If you remove all filters (breadcrumbs) it will work well.

Hi Swati,

 

Recently i encountered this issue in one of my project and got to know in the Module> Link Type>Argument> Show filter was set to false.

 

Removing that solved my issue.

Hope it helps someone facing similar issue.
