Hello my name is Shivam,
I am trying to launch DocIntel using Accounts Payable Operations and Source-to-pay Workspace but can't seem to actually launch DocIntel.
I am able to create an invoice case through an inbound email, but when I navigate to the case in the Source-to-Pay Workspace, I don't see the "Review Invoice" button that launches the DocuIntel tab where the information is extracted. I also don't see the invoice attachment from the email with the created invoice case. Am I missing a step or two in the invoice creation process or is there something wrong with the DocuIntel being able to find the invoice attachment from the email and extract information from the invoice attachment?
