SOW Home Page "quick links and Your's team work/your work " are not visible

In SOW Home Page "quick links and Your's  team work/your work in overview tab " are not visible in yokohoma. How to debug this?? which Plugin installation I need to check. Pls do help!

Hello @Sruthi_2511,

 

I’m also using a Yokohama PDI with Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications (App ID: sn_sow_itsm_cont, Version: 6.1.6) and I can see the Quick Links and Your Work / Your Team’s Work tabs.

Please go to Application Manager and check your version, try updating it if it’s not up to date, as that might resolve the issue.

Also, check the configuration for landing page section visibility:

Role required: admin

Procedure:

  1. Navigate to All > Service Operations Workspace Admin Center > Overview.

  2. On the Overview tab, under Initial Setup, select Configure the landing page.

  3. In the Landing Page form, use the toggle to show or hide sections. A toggle appears next to each configurable section (e.g., Quick Links, Upcoming, Announcements, etc.).
