SOW Landing Page

Hi All,

 

I am facing issues in Service Operation Workspace landing page. Our team has created a new SOW landing page but it is not coming correct in dev, test and prod as it has upgraded to Xanadu version. As i can find it is working correct in Sandbox which has not been upgraded and still in Washington version.
Can anyone help what will be reason for sow landing page is not coming same in instances.

Try to repair the plugin once, else  log a Now support ticket.

i can see there is plugin - Service Operation Workspace ITSM Application with version 5.0.1
There is update requires for version 6. I am not sure if i update it then it will resolve my issue.
