SOW List Issue

One of the user is unable to see the Requests and Catalog Tasks on his List view in SOW.

This user has itil, sn_sow.sow_user, and service_desk_agent roles so I cannot seem to figure out why Requests and Catalog Tasks aren't showing on the List.

Try to add the roles again , also check is same user is able to access lower environment ?

compare this user with another user who has access and use access analyser for the same.

@Dr Atul G- LNG hi, yes I tried to remove and re-add the roles at first but that did not work. Others with the same roles does not have issue with this, only him.
