Hello, I've requirement, in which user should be able to expand the 'Closure Information' for change request on Service Operation Workspace. when state is closed expand is not working?
We can edit that by clicking edit button but when we want to expand it is not expanding.

it's working for me in PDI for Closed CHG
Try repairing the SOW Plugin
Did you recently upgrade?
was this working fine before upgrade? If yes then raise a case with ServiceNow

for New CHG I could see in my PDI the Overview

@Ankur Bawiskar In my PDI its working but when I update the plugin to latest version in Project's Dev intsnace Overview tab is empty.
I repair the plugin as well still not working
