Hi,
When in SOW I'm inserting text into a description of an Incident and not saving yet. I'm browsing to Related Records or other tabs and when I'm getting back the text is gone.
Is this OOTB? I'm on Zurich, but I tested also on a PDI on Australia.
Thanks

Hi @Bogdan23
It is expected behavior.
Always save your record by Save/update option before switching tabs to preserve your work.

Hi,
Do you have a SN document where we can see that? In order to have a proof...
Thanks

I’m in Aus – P2, and this is expected behaviour as per the SOW. I didn't get any docs.

Known Issue in the ServiceNow Community
Currently, there is a limitation when embedding screenshots directly into a Community post or question. Members may not be able to download the image or zoom in sufficiently to view the details.
For better visibility and quicker resolution, you can either:
Attach the image as a file so members can download and view it at full resolution, or
Embed the image using a larger image size. This needs to be done manually when creating the post.
This is a known Community limitation and is worth keeping in mind when sharing screenshots that contain detailed information.
