Sow view issue

Hi 

I'm working in knowledge module so if open knowledge module from SOW view I'm getting this attached image view it's  like a portal view only when i click edit button its opening a view that is a backend view 

So now my requirement is by default i need to get the default backend view when i click a article from list view of sow so if that's not possible atleast i need to restrict ratings , comments I mean it should be like read only in this sow view  open from sow

I think this is the expected behavior of SOW. Making changes would mean you need to modify the design, which would be considered customization.

Okay if so, then can u please help in customization bcoz I'm new to sow

Sorry mate, I’m not a developer, so I can’t help with making those changes. To do that, you need a good understanding of the SOW since it’s a core part of the platform. Changing it without proper knowledge can cause issues, so it’s better to avoid making changes and instead educate the users that this functionality is built this way by design.
