Sparkal Icon is not working for the Base table and Complaint case table

Hi All,
We have activated the OOB Activity Response Generation Skill.
Issue: When clicking on the Comments field or Work Notes, the Spark AI icon appears as expected. However, this icon is not showing for two specific tables in the Dev instance, although it is working correctly in the Sandbox environment.
Affected Tables:
- sn_customerservice_case
- sn_complaint_case
In summary, the functionality is working as expected in the Sandbox environment but is not working in the Dev instance for these tables.
