I would like to link alerts issued by splunk to ServiceNow to automatically raise incidents.
Is there a plugin or add-on that can achieve this functionality?
If there is a way to achieve this within the ITSM Standard license, please let me know how to do that as well.

Splunk do provide an ITSM offering which can be viewed on the ServiceNow Store. You'd need to validate on whether Splunk enforces any restrictions or licensing rules for the integration component that needs to be activated on the Splunk instance
