SPM user role

Hi,

Core ITSM role is ITIL.

Please let me know the roles that will be assigned to user if user is SPM(Strategic Portfolio Management) user.

SPM is a suite of multiple applications, meant for various processes and personas. So there is not a single SPM role.

It depends on whether it's about Project Management, or Demand, or Resource, or Program Management, etc. and the level of access the user needs.
