SSL Certificate for Custom URL

Hi All,

We configured a new custom url for our SErvice now, but during the process we didnt find a path to put our certificate for the https url. We create a url like   xxxx.ourdomain.com.br, but Service now used a let´s encrypt certificate.

We need to use our certificate instead of this one, is it possible?

How do we do that?

It is not possible at the moment.

Associating custom URLs to your instance

For SSL on custom urls you do not need to import the certificate.
As long as you have a CAA record with LetsEncrypt.org for that url then ServiceNow can verify it automatically.

If you already have a CAA for the url with another provider eg. Global Sign, then you will need to update it to include LetsEncrypt.org (as ServiceNow currently only supports CAA with LetsEncrypt.org)

The doc is wrong. It is not possible to create a CAA record for a CNAME; this is an invalid configuration. The CAA record is created automatically by service-now as needed.
