In my project, working on SSO implementation with SuccessFactors.
I have configured the idp as SuccessFactors and pulled URL details in ServiceNow, shared ACS (Assertion Consumer Services) link with the SuccessFactors admin and he configured the same at his end.
In IDP configuration, Advance>User Field = user_name as the standard user identification, also User Provisioning> Auto provisioning User is checked.
My problem is divided in two parts.
1. I need to implement the User Authentication on basis and unable to pull user details from User Entity of SAP SuccessFactors. Tried to follow User Provisioning Transform Map, however, not sure where to move from here for SF.
2. Also, need to configured 2FA or Multi Factor authentication here.
Please help share your ideas and approach on this.
When I try to do Test Connection on IDP, it comes up with the SAP SuccessFactors page, however user authentication fails with below message.
