Hi everyone,
We already have SSO enabled in production and we would like to enable also for Test and Dev.
The questions are:
1. Is this a common practice?
2. In case, of Cloning from PRD to TEST/DEV, will it override the SSO settings or ServiceNow does an exception to SSO settings?
Thanks in advance,

Yes, this is commonly done.
I do not recommend using a test SSO site, but instead point all 3 environment to Production SSO.
By default the SSO information is listed in the "Exclude Tables" section of the clone, so there should be no change during the clone.

Thanks, Robert
Do we have a documentation on how to point the other instances to production?
Couldn't find yet.

you have to set it up just like you did prod, including uploading the metadata to the identity provider. each environment would be treated as it's own SSO implementation.

We run SSO on dev/test/prod. You just have to configure the providers, not very hard at all.
