SSO integration

Hi,

 

I was doing SSO integration in ServiceNow using my ServiceNow developer instance. 

As part of that i enabled authentication. After that i accidently removed it from authentication app in my mobile. 

Also wont able to access the mail 'admin@example.com'.

i cant use both verification methods.

Can anyone help me?

Also, where to raise ticket in ServiceNow for such incidents?
