Start and end dates are not setting properly from Payload in change integration

In change integration we are receiving planned start and end date from Payload. But values that are setting in is different. Both instances are in IST timezone.

values from payload:

start date:2024-09-01 06:00:00

end date:2024-09-01 14:00:00

Values setting in instance:

start date:2024-09-01 11:30:00

end date:2024-09-01 15:30:00

Can anyone help me on this?

How are you setting the value? Your post doesn't contain any information (such as a script or transform map) that shows how this is being accomplished.
