Hi
state change to in progress if assigned to filled in incident in OOB servicenow feature. I tried both client script and business rule but not able to find.
I need to disable this functionality. Can anyone help me for same.

Question:
An update to an L3 case should change state to Work In Progress automatically.... Can any one help me how to write script in BR for this condition
