state changes to closed after 5 days if the state is in resolved state - incident form

Hello Experts,

Can someone explain why state always changes after 5 days to closed automatically if the state is resolved?

Hi,

there is an auto-closure script which does this

business rule: incident autoclose

search in today's schedule job name as: Autoclose Incidents

the 5 days or 7 days is a property configured 'glide.ui.autoclose.time'

it depends on the calendar days.

Ok but can it be modified to Business days or is it recommended as per best practice
