State Configuration on CHange Request

Hello,

Recently I change the status of the Change management requests in ProcessFlow formatter to have just New, Authorize, Implement, Closed and cancelled.

I also ran a script per this link  to change the state to reflect the status.: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-it-service-management/page/product/change-management...


I'm still not seeing the state choice change. It shows -4. I configured the choice list on state to show the change to above choice. But it does not reflect.

Could you please help me identifying what I have I have I missed to change for the state choice to reflect above status choice.

So issue is

- It showing - 4

or

It should not show -4

The issue is it shows -4 and does not reflect the status bar.

The stat choices are showing integers, which should not, but reflect the status choice.

Seems something wrong happened with that execute. in my PDI

You need to review that script and see some where ' ' are missing.
