State Configuration on CHange Request

Hello,

Recently I change the status of the Change management requests in ProcessFlow formatter to have just New, Authorize, Implement, Closed and cancelled.

I also ran a script per this link  to change the state to reflect the status.: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-it-service-management/page/product/change-management...

I'm still not seeing the state choice change. It shows -4. I configured the choice list on state to show the change to above choice. But it does not reflect.

Could you please help me identifying what I have I have I missed to change for the state choice to reflect above status choice.

Hi @Shree Nag 

Seems you done on wrong way.

The status change( New, Authorize, Implement, Closed and Cancelled) 

If you add Schedule in above then it will be Emergency process but you are doing for Normal. 

I request revert your changes and the start agian.

In few change requests, it shows -4.
