Hi All,
Created flow designer to create jira story using incident record which is working fine, can i get some assistance in mapping incident state filed with Jira story state.
Once we change the incident state it should replicate on respective jira story state filed. Could you please share the steps how we can achieve this ?
Once we close jira story respective incident should get close.
Regards,
Nagaraj

Hi,
I hope you must be using JIRA spoke.
there is Update Issue action available which would help you update JIRA once ticket updates in ServiceNow
check below links
Flow Designer > Jira Spoke 2.6.5 > Update Issue > Additional Fields "Add Field Value" is grey out?
Hi Team, need help in Servicenow - JIRA spoke integration

Hi Ankur,
Thanks for your reply.
Do you have any document which shows to steps how we can close the jira story using SNOW ticket ?
Can we achieve the requirement using jira spoke using flow design.

Did you check docs for this?
I believe you can use update action and set the state to close as per JIRAs requirement
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread.
