Stop Next Experience search results for incidents and requests going into CSM Configurable Workspace

We have recently upgrade a pre production instance from version Vancouver to Version Xanadu.   What we have found is that if you search for an incident or request number in Next Experience search it automatically takes you to the CSM / FSM Configurable workspace view, rather than the previous Incident or Request form view.  Is there a way of stopping this from happening as all our support teams are not ready to move onto configurable workspaces at this time.

Issue was down to us somehow loosing Global Search as the default search reference. Resetting this resulted in the return to search results links opening up in the old form views again.
