Hi everyone,
We have an app published in ServiceNow store.
I had a doubt about how customers using On-Premise instances will install the app.
Whether the app needed to be given as an "Update set" file for those customers?
Please clarify

It depends on the customer. Some may open a port in their firewall to allow the download of the store app, and some may not be able to do that and you'd have to distribute via update set.

It really depends on the on-prem setup and the app you're trying to download. If you have specific questions you can send them to technology.partners@servicenow.com and they can connect you to the right person.

Thanks Brad!
I also asked help from technology.partner@... + our ISV partner contact in EMEA.
And I got one useful answer from Andy pointing me out to a Store FAQ page which I was not even aware of. That page had following information which is useful to get things started with on-prem customers:
Q: I’m a customer with on-prem instances, can I purchase apps from the Store?
A: Yes, but in order to obtain apps from the store the on-prem instance must be registered with ServiceNow HI CMDB, the app purchaser must have HI credentials, and access must be open to servicenow.com and service-now.com domains via https.
Cheers,
