I have a subflow that is showing 'The action details for this flow have been removed according to the report retention policy.' when I try to see the execution. This is happening only in test instance but in dev instance its working fine - update account subflow is executing and able to see the execution. The weird thing is that it doesn't show execution when flow runs automatically (request is submitted) but when i test it manually by clicking the test button, its showing the execution
This subflow 'Update Account' has another subflow inside 'Add Users to Group' and even though its showing 'Complete' but i see the user's group is not added. That is when I wanted to look into execution to see which step is failing but unable to do so. However when I test it manually, i could see user's group added ('Add Users to Group' flow is executing) & I'm able to see the execution
i have checked the flow reporting property and see that it level of reporting is FULL
There are no logs in 'Subflow logs' as well
Could anyone help me with this issue please?
