Submit cancelled due to script error - please contact your System Administrator

There's a user within my department who is encountering the "Submit cancelled due to script error - please contact your System Administrator" message when trying to update the State of an incident. The issue is only occurring for her with a few incidents, while the State of other incidents can be updated without issue. The State is currently Active, and she is trying to change it to Awaiting User Info. She has not had any issues in the past updating the State of Incidents. No other users are having problems. We have taken a look at Developer Tools in Chrome, but there aren't any errors there. Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Thank you for your reply! I should have mentioned in my original post - The user cleared her cache in Chrome for all time and it did not solve the problem. She also logged out of ServiceNow, restarted her computer, and logged back in, with no luck. However, when she changed the State using an Incognito window, she did not encounter any errors. So I'm wondering why everything worked as it should when using an Incognito window. The user wants the issue resolved regardless of the browser being used, which is why I'm still searching for a solution.
