Summarization in Custom Tables

Hi All,

 

We can see with the nowAssist Summarization feature we can summarize incident and cases.

Is it possible to have this summarization skill in custom tables also?

Hello @AkashDewangan,

Is the custom table extending OOB Incident table?

 

Scenario : Incident table is custom and extended from out of the box incident table (with or without a custom resolve UI Action button) 

 

Tips to Work around: 

While custom inherited incident tables are not supported, customers that are using their own custom table for incident extending from out of the box incident table can follow the tips provided in this section to configure Resolution Notes Generation for such a custom table.
