Hi Team,
After upgrading to Yokohama, am not able to see the created survey in the view survey(asmt_metric_type).
its showing like number of rows removed from security constraints.
how to fix this?

Look like some ACL has been added which stopping here. have look in to ACL once.

Hi AG,
After upgrading version facing the issue , survey is triggering , but am not able to see the survey name description and other fields in the view survey(asmt_metric_type).
getting like below error,
after opening this, record i can see like,
when i check the form layout, i can see
but those above fields not showing on the form, how to fix it.

Check your survey in Assessment metric type (asmt_metric_type), it should be acitve and published.
Check the ACL.
