Hello team,

 

I'm looking to create a survey that will measure customer satisfaction related to L1 & L2 levels service restoration. We want the survey answers to be just a thumb up or thumb down answer. If a user replies using a thumb down a dialogue box pops up asking them if they're open to having someone reach out to them and a yes or no response would appear under the message. I tried creating this using the survey designer in Yokohama release with no avail. Can you please advise how I can create this survey?
