Survey Email Notification on Closed Tickets triggered by another email notification

Hello there

 

I am trying to create an email notification that will contain a Survey ( Customer Feedback for the Service) for a specific assignment group called TEST. 

 

I created the Survey, the trigger condition for the survey and the email notification. 

 

The problem I have is that when a "State (incident) changes to closed", another (existing) email notification is generated with my survey, not the one I created. 

 

Can you please advice, how to make sure that my survey will be part of the email notification i created, not part of the another one. I do believe the conditions are wrong or missing and conflicting the email notification I don't want to generate.

Hi, if you have 2 notifications triggering at the same time, you need to update the weighting on 1 so that it will not trigger if the other one is triggered - your screenshots show both currently set to '0' IE mandatory\will always trigger; Or update the trigger conditions of both notifications so they are unique and will not trigger concurrently.
