Survey link error

Hi Team,

I have completed my ticket and mail is generated for survey and it is redirecting to esc portal home->My Surverys->short customer surgery

But it is showing error as " you are not authorised or the record is not valid" 

Please suggest

Is it 'your' survey (are you the one that has to take it), or are you testing the link for someone else's survey? 

Also check on the survey instance itself if there is anything wrong with it.

It is my survey and have admin role and verified in tabel assessment instance(asmt_assessment_instancr) the state is ready to take but still not able to access the survey which is showing an error as mentioned above 

FYI: When i try to access survey via take assessment ui button it is not showing any questions

The error message typically occurs when a user tries to access a record or a resource they don't have the proper permissions to view, or when there is an issue with the record itself (such as a missing or invalid reference).

You can check bellow points and resolve your issue:

Check ACLs: Check that the user has the appropriate access to the Survey table.

Survey Validity: Ensure that the survey record is valid and active.

User Permissions: Make sure the user has the appropriate roles to access surveys.
