Survey link error

Hi Team,
I have completed my ticket and mail is generated for survey and it is redirecting to esc portal home->My Surverys->short customer surgery
But it is showing error as " you are not authorised or the record is not valid"
Please suggest

Even though you have admin privileges, survey permissions can be controlled separately in ServiceNow. Ensure that your user has access to the Survey itself:
- check if the Survey record is marked as visible to you or if there are any restrictions for specific roles/users.
- Go to the Survey record (Survey table) and verify if the active field is set to TRUE and there are no restrictions preventing access for your user role.
- make sure that there is a Survey Answer Set associated with the survey. Sometimes, missing Answer Set data can cause the survey to not display questions.
- ensure that the Assessment Instance (in the asmt_assessment_instance table) is not restricted to certain users or groups. Even though the state is "Ready to take," if there are any conditions or access control lists (ACLs) preventing users from interacting with the record, it could lead to errors.
- double-check the Access Control Rules for the asmt_assessment_instance table, survey, and related components. Sometimes, ACLs for creating or viewing records may restrict access even for users with admin roles.
- since the survey is not displaying any questions, it might be due to an issue with how the questions are associated with the survey. Ensure the survey contains questions in the Survey Question table
- sometimes, ServiceNow UI issues can be caused by browser caching or session problems. Try clearing your browser cache or accessing the survey from an incognito window or different browser to eliminate this possibility.

@@@actually questions are not tagging to the instance may I know how this questions are tagged to instance
