Survey redirection

We have designed a portal footer where we have provided a url to give feedback.

The above url take user to custom wizard to provide feedback/complaint etc. After "submit" feedback, it takes user to "/home.do". 

How can we redirect it to portal homepage? there is no option in last panel to set redirection.

Hi @Gurpreet07 @Hafsa1 I know its a long time you faced this issue

I tried to implement this solution but I am unable to Find Survey Wizard 

I can see catalog wizard list

Can you pls help by suggesting how to get the Survey Wizard list or how can I enable it?
