Survey response via email

We have a survey sent to users once the incident is closed complete , In the email notification as of now we have a  link asking for users opinion, up on clicking It will open in a new browser and lands the survey page , is there a way we can use this directly in the email notification and get the response from the user via Email ?

Hi,

Yes you can look into embed a survey with the outlook email client using  "Outlook Actionable Messages":  https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-servicenow-platform/page/administer/survey-administration/t...

 

It is somewhat limited in what kind of questions you can use, but if they are the same as you have in your screenshot you should be good.

I tried by installing the plugin and adding that piece of code to the existing notification and checking that Outlook actionable message check box but still not working , any idea how will it know which survey to send if there are multiple Surveys

maybe too late to answer, but my survey is triggered by Trigger Condition [asmt_condition].
