Survey trigger not working

Hello All,

Our instance is on Xanadu 8 and have a survey on table project stakeholder with trigger conditions : project is close complete and assessment recipient = yes 

Though the trigger conditions are met, the survey doesn't trigger. Please guide me.

Try updating your condition from project is close complete to project changes to close complete.

Yes i had tried that too by changing "is" to "changes to" but survey does not trigger.

In that case can you share the screenshot of the trigger conditions and table name and give a brief about when you need the survey to be triggered?

Project Stakeholder table is just a list of stakeholders. So I'm note sure how you would see a project in a state of close complete. I would think your trigger needs to be on the project but I don't see a project stakeholder field on the project.
