Hello together,
I have the following situation.
I have a leading ticket (ticket #1)which will trigger the creation of 2 further sub tickets (ticket #2 & ticket #3).
Those sub tickets (#2 & #3) should work independently of the main ticket ( State change of the sub-tickets shouldn't affect the main ticket #1). But the closing of the main ticket #1 should also close the sub tickets.
But in parallel, all work notes on the tickets should be synchronized and visible in the other tickets as well.
Does anybody have an idea how to realize that?
