Hi,
I'm having problems downloading attachments from knowledge base articles through the web portal. Whether they are PDF for DOC files, they download as "sys_attachment.do". I'm using a Samsung Tab Active2 tablet. The same links work ok on my android phone, iPhone, and PC
Has anyone got any pointers?
Many thanks,
Mark.

Hi,
Can you find the URL of those widget and try replacing them with this format:
https://yourinstance.service-now.com/sys_attachment.do?sys_id=b25fa9980d1500107f44048a497a9483&sysparm_this_url=incident.do%3Fsys_id%3D57af7aec73d423002728660c4cf6a71c%26sysparm_view%3Dess%26sysparm_record_target%3Dincident%26sysparm_record_row%3D1%26sysparm_record_rows%3D83%26sysparm_record_list%3DORDERBYDESCnumber
Normal Url sys_attachment.do?sys_id=b25fa9980d1500107f44048a497a9483 won't work.

Hi David,
Thank you. I'm looking at the url the site is offering up and it is the shorter one currently. I'll try and construct a url that does work and go from there. Thanks for the tip.
Kind Regards,
Mark.
