Hello there! As the client response time table no longer works with the new UI and the Workspaces, I need a new way to track Workspace performances. I have been informed about the glide.uxf.lib.performance.monitoring.enabled system property, which enables some tracking functionality on the sys_client_interaction table, however I am rather at a loss in understanding the records generated there, with seemingly no proper documentation available anywhere.
Even the fields I'd think I understand seem to return unexpected results. I thought time to interaction perhaps is related to the timeto carry out the interaction, but the numbers produced seem excessive, in the hundred-thousands, with no unit provided. Even in milliseconds, it seems a bit much, I have even measured the load times manually to compare, and they are nowhere that long. Therefore it probably doesn't denote what I thought it did, but then what does it measure?
There also seems to be more unexpected behaviour in the related list pointing at syslog_transaction records supposedly linked to the interaction - but there are events included from minutes before the given action that created the interaction record itself, and even when I update records through Workspace, it doesn't denote them as a Client transaction, which might be a hindrance in reporting.
So I come here in hopes of seeking out any helpful souls who might have more experience with functionality, and are willing to provide some insight into its workings. Are these metrics really inaccurate? Or if they're accurate, what are they measured to? Many thanks in advance for any answers provided.
