Sys id undefined

I have found in my instance that one of the incident record sys id is undefined. How sys id becomes undefined and how can that be fixed.

You might be entering wrong sys_id

Hi Rashmi,

I just encountered the same problem. When using sc_sn.cartJS(), it created a cart record with the sys_id of "undefined". Not sure how that's happening, but you're not crazy my friend (unlike what Shweta was inferring).

Will post back if I find out what was causing it.

Was a cause ever identifed for this issue? We have a repeatable occurrence  using Mac/Chrome/Azure proxy/non-admin user with no explanation.........
