Sysapproval_group and Sysapproval_approver states

Hi Folks,

How can I configure the sysapproval_approver status to be marked as "No longer required" when an approver directly approves a record through the sysapproval_group task rather than through individual approval? Essentially, I want to enable an individual to approve a record via a group approval task, which will subsequently mark the sysapproval_approver task for that record as "No longer required" and approved by the person who provided the approval.

I am not sure I fully understand your question. Whenever there is a group approval, an individual approval is generated for every member of the group. So the actual approval action always takes place in an individual approval record anyway. Or are you trying to say that in your case an approver is assigned two approvals for the same task at the same time – one personally and one via a group?
